Paid for one of their promos and ended…
Paid for one of their promos and ended up on bot infested playlists. Spotify removed the single. Reached out to them several times and they said they would make it right but never did. Wish I could post a screenshot here of my interaction. Asked for a refund and they no longer respond. STAY AWAY. They are not good. Edit: reached out to support after they claimed this is fraudulent from a competitor. Never heard from them. If they do, I’ll report it here. Edit: It’s been a week since I emailed support after their response below. Still haven’t heard back. Truly no excuse at this point. Edit: May 7 2025. It’s been several weeks now and no response to several emails. Lost money and time.
