The system allows users to log in and subscribe with ease, but completely blocks or restricts access to the profile and 'Manage Subscription' pages when trying to cancel. Forcing people into a loop where they cannot manage their own billing is unacceptable and highly unethical. Fix your account management system and cancel my subscription immediately."

I previously purchased two audio files from Monument studios and I was trying to redownload them, but the link I had was too old (as detailed in their product description!). I messaged them inquiring as to how I could regain access, and no more than a few hours passed before they sent new working links! Made my day! Best wishes, looking forward to future endeavors

They produce very high quality audio content at great prices. Plus they make a donation when you purchase something from them to a charity I support. I recommend.

I was able to get a quick response. It took me a bit to find the space to download all the files, yes there are that many. I’m currently sampling all the music files right now and I can say I am extremely pleased with the quality and diversity. Best Buy I’ve made in prepping my DnD campaign!!!! I purchased the DM starter bundle while it was on sale. I thought it would be a great buy, but when I went to download the content it told me my access to the files had expired. Customer service contact info is nearly impossible to find and I have yet to get even an automated response. Will update if they ever respond.

Discovered through Instagram ads and my interest was immediately piqued, but the pricing on their bundles put me off. Eventually I settled for their using their Fantasy+ service on a monthly subscription of $4.99 (which is quite fair in my opinion for the library you get for it). The real kicker comes when their whole store went on a 90%+ sale and their 2023 bundle, which was normally $350+ was running for $34.99, so I bought it. Immediately after checkout I was brought to the download link, which downloaded a singular PDF file named "All-in-one," which was a little off putting just because that's a rather unusual method. Upon opening the PDF, I was shown a separate download link for each of the 4 packages in the bundle, offered in mp3 or WAV formatting, and with each download's total file sizes listed. With all the file sizes combined (mp3 versions), it rounded out to about 32gb total - an astonishing amount for just music, ambiences, etc. Overall, products and libraries are incredibly high quality and very impressive, but just make sure to catch them when they have a sale going, as the pricing is on the upper end.

(Update: So I was finally contacted by the seller and was able to get the download codes. The codes all worked and I am very happy with the content. However, I still can't give a perfect rating as I felt that the website and the purchasing process was a bit clunky to use. I would now recommend this product with the advise to pay attention to the emails as originally I was contacted via "hermeticmediamgmt" and not a mounumentstudios address. 2/2/24) I was given a gift card over the holiday to purchase one of the fantasy bundles. However, after purchasing I never received any download link or email of any kind. Checked my trash and spam folder thinking an email could been missed but nothing. Next I sent a message via Contact Us portal with no reply. Waited a few days and sent another message and no reply. So far this has been a very negative experience and I would not recommend buying from the site as sadly it feels very much like a scam.

Would love to rate it higher but purchased a package from them of multiple albums, and received no links to them online. When I emailed about it, they promptly responded and sent me the links, which was fantastic…..although…..upon downloading, only one of the links worked. When I emailed them back for assistance, they never contacted me again. It’s been weeks now and still no reply, and still no product. Feeling scammed.
