As we explained to you, our gold option has been sold out for a couple weeks and it's clearly noted on the website. So when you order the silver option and then contact us to try and change it to gold when it's clearly sold out, it's not dishonesty on our part. If there is any dishonesty in this transaction, it's this review that you've left.

This is a normal property of stainless steel and ensures the durability and strength of the piece. Comparing magnetic properties between chains is not an accurate way to evaluate quality or material, as non-magnetic chains are typically made from different metals or alloys that may not offer the same durability as stainless steel. For example, a brass chain which is a lower quality metal that turns your neck green when exposed to moisture, is not a ferrous metal and would not be magnetic.
