This company has greatly impressed me with their customer service. I received a several paragraph apology from them recently after placing my initial order due to the fact that the color I chose was out of stock offering me any assistance I might need in selecting something similar. I chose to go one shade lighter; but when I received the wig, it was indeed too blond. I have found that no one shade looks exactly the same in a YouTube! I had no problem returning it within their time frame because as I soon as I took it out of the box, I immediately knew it wasn't for me. So, I decided to try a similar style wig in the walnut color I originally wanted; but now I was really hesitant as far as the colors and didn't want to have to return another purchase. Sherri contacted me and actually e-mailed me two sample swatches to help me definitely decide on the correct color. Needless to say, she was a tremendous help even to the point where she helped me with the invoice. I would not hesitate to buy another wig from Spellbound because now I know their customer communication is exceptional.
