SPELABReviews of spelabautoparts.com

Parts are very high quality and comparable to banks performance and there shipping was very fast, I had a little bit of an issue due to my own fault but happy accident I guess, I bought the grid heater delete and intake horn kit for the 13-18 cummins and my truck is a 2021 and from what i can tell everything fits perfectly the only thing that didn't fit was the #1 fuel line, but I found that from another company. If you have a question and email them, be sure to check all of your email folders before assuming they aren't answering you. It would be nice if they had a number to call for questions though, but if they do I couldn't find it and again thats on me.

I had a problem with my order. They gave me a refund and offered to send me new parts free of charge. I’m satisfied with that resolution.

Great product the online instructions were crucial. Would have been better if paper copy of instructions were included. Also you’ll need to replace the steel gasket on up pipe near firewall. Do not reuse it or you’ll be whistling all over creation until you put in a new one. It’s like a $6 part and would happily have paid $10 extra to have it just come in the kit. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend the kit

The items were well made from quality products and fit really well. My only issue was no one had sent me updates on my order initially, only after a few messages. I am very happy with your product and cannot wait to try them.

You have several websites to choose from when you order performance products for your diesel truck. I choose SPELAB. The reason was the price and the quality of the machined parts. The only issue I had was on the delay shipping of the tuner I purchased. It had more to do with the shipping company than SPELAB. Because of the delay they refunded me $300.00 and gave me two T-shirts. They put the customer first. The delay is why I gave them 4 stars, but again they made good on that.

good quality products and easy to work with on a simple mistake that was made and is getting it fixed quick while being professional

Very fast and professional response on correcting a issue with a faulty product 👍

Very good in response of emails. I had to return an item and the transaction was clear for what I needed to do.
