I ordered the kit for my 2019 Ram and the tuner doesn’t work for the truck. It gets to the install part and doesn’t load. Been trying to get ahold of someone in customer service and no response. I want to return the items that i paid for that is not going to work.

They gave me Misinformation about a tuner that did not work with my truck although they said it would. It destroyed my truck's computer Took a very long time for them to let me send it back to them They also did not let me return the other items I bought from them Horrible customer service And miss information that cost me thousands of dollars

The Oil pan I got from them does not fit. I have a 22 Cummins and the pan appears to fit but the holes do not all line up. It is not an easy install. I have many hours in it trying to make it fit. The Valve cover was not a good idea either. They sent a picture in advance (custom)but it does not look like their pic.

Placed a very expensive order. And paid extra for hassle free guaranteed shipping . FedEx delivered my parts to someone else. FedEx told me I would have to go through the shipped. 2 days later when I finally got a response from spelab. They told me to contact FedEx or call the police. That was their help after I paid extra for guaranteed shipping. I would buy elsewhere.

Order a egr kit for 150. Package was damaged and incomplete. Emailed spelads tried sending replacement 2 times, still incomplete, asked for a refund only to receive partial payment. Had to use other companies kit to finish this kit. Will never use spelads again.

Literally the worst customer service I ever had to deal with!! They don’t even try to help on fixing anything. Just send it back and we can give you a refund. I did the egr and dpf delete and it keeps throwing a check engine light on and kicks the tune out. I do NOT recommend using them at all save your money and go elsewhere
