Good Customer Service
When I ordered my exhaust cutouts I made a mistake and got the wrong item. The customer service team at SPELAB worked with me to correct the situation right away. GOOD STUFF!!

My EGR delete kit was missing some…
My EGR delete kit was missing some parts. The box got ripped open in shipping and 2 block off plate were lost. I contacted SPELAB and they returned with a message stating that they will replace the order. Great communication and thank you.

2012 lml
I got a down pipe for a 2012 lml and after about 5 months it started leaking. I contacted them and they sent me a brand new down pipe for 0 cost

Incomplete order replaced right away
Ran into some trouble with an incomplete delivery which was due to harsh shipping conditions either way they still answered and are replacing the stuff. Great customer service if you ask me.
