Had an issue with a part leaking just needed a fitting from the kit for the fix. Sent an email to customer support day before Thanksgiving. Within 4 days after had a complete new kit. I ordered a kit and later found they offered an upgraded kit. I sent an email and they very quickly responded that they had switched out the kits before it was shipped. Great service and very responsive.
