I had ordered an exhaust pipe and for months, didn’t install. When i went to install, i noticed that a part was missing. When i reached out to their support staff, they were very fast at responding and worked with me to get the correct part i needed for the set. Although there was a shipping error, they handled it with professionalism and care.

I had a problem with the first one I received but they sent me a second one and it worked perfectly thanks for your understanding and help with this product excellent customer service

I bought a 3” cutout and the original one lasted 1.5 years. I bought a replacement and after 3 months the butterfly plate fell out driving down the road. Spelab sent me a replacement under warranty. That one lasted 3 months before the same thing happened and the butterfly plate fell out going down the road. They agreed to send me another replacement. I can appreciate a company with this kind of customer service who stands behind the product and does the right thing by the customer!

Very professional and fast response

First off, lemme me begin by saying I installed dual remote valves on my 5.0 coyote mustang, and I swear it made the car amazing!!!!. The sound is incredible and the valves make me neighbors very happy that I can come home late and be quiet. Secondly, I did have an issue with the motors going out, but spelab tech support was there to help guide me through troubleshooting and helped me find a solution. I will continue to use their products and urge anyone that wants to really wake up their car, without waking up their neighbors, to do the same!!!!!

Amazing experience with this company! Packaging was great, nothing was damaged, everything was made with high quality! Instalation was not difficult at all, everything bolted up as needed! Definitely recommend using them!
