There wasn’t enough hardware to install the air ram horn (factory bolts won’t work) The air temp sensor does not thread into the intake plate. There is not plug for the intake sensor plate (I believe you moved the sensor onto the air ram horn, there is no wiring for that sensor available to purchase to cover 2ft of distance

Absolutely the worst company. I bought a. Exhaust tip and tried to return it the same day it took them five days of back and forth.Trying to get a return authorization, they wouldn't even pay for the shipping.To go back, awful companies stay away!!!!! I am an actual customer who bought their product and has had a very bad experience dealing with their customer service. They are overseas somewhere, took them days to get back to me and i'm still waiting for a refund. No phone number either for them to be able to call for customer service.

I ordered the incorrect air intake for my truck. Now they will not provide a refund. They say the intake was used. The pictures clearly show the intake was never used.

I purchased their product and on my part I had the wrong address. I emailed them, but took several days to get a response. Absolutely not customer service number to contact them. I requested they cancel the order but asked to wait till I had received everything. Had to have it shipped to me from old address. ( like I said my fault there). It took 2 weeks to receive the tuner and I have sent multiple emails trying to return it. Absolutely no response. They say 14 days to return and it’s my opinion they wait to respond so they can deny the refund

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They are absolutely the worst. So, I ordered a delete kit from them. First box shows up its the exhaust, then the engine kit (EGR, Coolant, etc). Then the third box shows up, all the harnesses....but No MiniMax, so I have to email them and ask them where it is. 48hrs later they respond and say...oh it's on it's way. Ya about 4 hours later UPS sends me a note telling me a package is on its way to me. Hmm....ya they screwed up. Then I go to put the EGR and engine elements in, and low and behold I am missing parts! So I have to put it all back together again, and now I wait! I am telling you for the money you are about to spend, find a different company these folks are the absolute WORST company ever

Customer service is horrible I have made multiple attempts to contact them with out a response. Now we are on day 5 and still no response.

***Updated*** I order the delete kit for my 2017 F 250. The kit was shipped quick and arrived within a few days. When I got the shipment, I come to realize that it was only the exhaust that I received. I contacted the service, through email, because that is the only way to talk with them and they said that there was logistic issue with the rest of the kit. Four days later I received the hardware. I am still waiting on the tuner to complete this project. The communication through the AI customer service email is very frustrating and not much is getting accomplished. I'm hoping to receive my tuner soon. But very frustrated with the whole process in general ***Update** After finally receiving my SOTF tune I am even more disgusted with this company. There is no performance difference in the 5 tunes in the tuning profile. After addressing this with the company they referred to the disclaimer saying that the tunes are not refundable. The tune profiles are absolute JUNK! The money I "saved" using SPELAB will now have to be spent on buying a tune from a reputable company. I would avoid SPELAB at all cost for tuning. The parts however were decent once I finally received them.

These people are a joke! Kit came with no instructions what so ever, none! The instruction download from their website was totally useless, very generic, not vehicle specific, and very minimal. No customer service, just canned answers. Tuner would not load, at the end I would get download failed message. I messaged their support, they asked for screen shots, I sent screen shots. They replied with some mumbo jumbo that made no sense and totally unrelated. After digging into it a little, I figured out the memory card was bad. Unreadable by the tuner or my computers. Let them know what I found, no acknowledgement, just more unrelated nonsense. I gave up and asked for return authorization. I had asked 3 times for a refund, quoting their 14 day return for any reason policy. Not until I had PayPal and my credit card company get involved, they finally sent me a return label My reply to SpeLabs reply: Here is something that is terribly Bass Ackwards, They are more concerned about bad reviews, their response is almost immediate. You know if they applied their attention to helping their customers as much as to their reviews, they would have a very good reputation if not an excellent reputation. Another thing, when you ask for help 9:00 am central time and don't reply until midnight or 1:00 am central time, that is just stupid. If you are going to sell a product that your primary custom is in the continental United States, why don't you have your support staff on duty at the times your customers need you? Asking for a friend.
