I ordered the exhaust cutouts (order#170255) and I’ve decided I did not want to use them so I’ve emailed for a return and no reply’s. I’ve emailed questions before about the product and never got a reply after a week. Very frustrating and will definitely not be ordering from them again.

The product i purchased is installed and functioning no thanks to SPELAB customer support. SPELAB customer support doesn’t address any of my questions or provide the assistance I need. DO NOT expect to receive any customer support from SPELAB's customer service. Customers purchasing technical products should have access to high-quality support, and the lack of a direct customer service number for real-time troubleshooting with a knowledgeable representative is incredibly frustrating. Instead, customers are limited to receiving an email response once every 24 hours, which feels insufficient and unhelpful. Due to this experience, I will not be making any further purchases from SPELAB. Seems like another cheap china company.

Ordered EGR/Valve delete for 5th gen Cummins. The fitment of the collar for the coolant line was wrong (it would fit 4th gen). I understand these things happen. What brings me to this review is the support. Horrible. No phone number. I’ve sent two emails over 48 hours with no response. Only correspondence has been through chat on their site and their response was for me to send photos of the entire kit laid out so that they could find out which department made the mistake… Which does exactly nothing on my end to fix the problem. Very bad support after the sale. Will not buy from them again. *Update After Their Response They responded to my review and said they don’t have my emails, that I should check to make sure they went to the right place. - I filled out the “contact us” form on their site more than once. So I know I didn’t send it to the wrong place. I have sent 16 (I went back and counted) messages on the chat on the site and finally got a reply by them telling me I purchased the wrong product - they then sent me a screenshot of something I didn’t buy. I bought “SPELAB for 13-24 Dodge Ram 6.7L Cummins Diesel EGR Plate Cooler & Throttle Valve Delete Kit” - my truck is 2021 Pressing the blame on the client, on a review platform, rather than addressing the problem. Again, bad customer service. I’m pissed.

I received my parts finally but missing the tuner. And unable to get in contact with anyone regarding the issue. Finally got in touch with someone. They respond via email in the middle of the night. They said that the tuners were on backorder and I would not receive it for around 3 weeks. That was not going to work for me because I had received no news of this being out of stock so I had already installed all of the other parts that had come. They ended up refunding the money for the tuner. I do appreciate that but definitely would have like to know that my parts were on backorder. But glad that they did actually refund the money with no problems.

I order shorty headers for a 5.7l hemi ram 1500. I was made to believe this was a US based company but my payment was flagged as an international transaction. When I asked, they lied to me and said they are based in US but material suppliers are in China and Japan but the merchant account would be US if that was the case. The driver side was a nightmare to install and is a very poor design. The 3 broken manifold bolts were easier to remove than installing the new bolts and the bolts they give are sketchy at best, I wouldn't trust them to hold anything in place. I had to cut a notch for one bolt hole due to having no clearance between the pipes and the hole. I also had to buy an extra long flex head ratcheting wrench for one bolt. After 3 days of working on the driver side, I go to install the passenger side and it doesn't fit. No possible way of getting it in. I contacted Spelab and they kept responding with written and video instructions for BBK brand headers but the header I had was built completely different than the one in the instructions and had zero clearance between the head and the upper control arm mounts. I asked for a refund at the same time and purchased new stock manifolds and had them installed the same day before Spelab would respond again. By the way, they only respond in the middle of the night and only once per night, even if you immediately respond back. They did issue a refund and don't want the headers back because they know they're not a quality product. The refund is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars, otherwise it would be 1.

I ordered a ccv reroute from them I received the wrong parts they sent me a cheaper kit then what i ordered and am unable to get ahold of them I paid 230 dollars and got a 130 doller kit it did not come with all the parts not very happy no response though the email and never did it say I would receive it separately no email no nothing indicating this
