I bought an exhaust pipe from them for my 18 cummins 6.7 ...it arrived damaged and it's not the right one...I've been sending them emails and they've been avoiding me part # ES04077RD-SP...think twice about buying from this company...bad customer service

Missing parts
Well my issue with this company is that I order an egr delete kit that includes the tuner for 2017 ram 2500 6.7 I have received all the prats on order #105215 but didn't receive the tuner i have been sending messages for the past 5 days and emails and no response at all I can't install those parts without the tuner, please respond.

BUYER BEWARE. I was sold a faulty product and was advised I had been issued a refund on July 8th. It has been almost a month and I have still not received a refund. Customer service keeps making excuses- telling me they have to issue the refund on PayPal, but now that they my PayPal, they say that they can’t issue the refund on PayPal either. Customer service only replies between the hours of 1am and 4am. I would not recommend anyone buy from SPELAB and will continue to post on every social media page they have until they get me the refund they promised a month ago. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Spelab is a crap company
Do not buy from this company by any means. Their customer support is very bad. You can only get ahold of them through email. And it takes them 3 days to email you back.
When you order their products, they do not send the entire order to you and when you request a refund or send the missing parts it takes them months to get it back to you and they only give you about half of your refund in my case it took them 2 months to get me my money back and like I said, I only got half of it and then they said sorry about my luck, I will never ever buy anything from this company ever again very bad experience

Hi, the kit you purchased from us contains four products, and according to what we talked about, you only emphasized that the tuner you bought needs to be refunded, because this tuner does not come with its own credits in it, and you need to buy it separately on your own. Since this tuner you have already used, we didn't ask you to return it and in the end we have refunded you the original price of the tuner.
If you want a full refund of your order, please return the remaining three products you received to us. Since you have already received these products and have not returned them to us, how can we give you a refund? Please follow our return process to return the remaining products and we will give you a refund once we receive them, thank you!

These clowns are a sick ripoff joke. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Completely horrible experience on every level. These people are not Americans, and they have absolutely no regard for their USA customers at all. I ordered an exhaust kit, I paid them in full, and the kit came incomplete without the tuner. They told me the tuner would come a MONTH AND A HALF LATER!!!
So I cancelled my order and the real fun started. They wouldn't send me a prompt return code and played stupid. Then they sent me only one code when there were 3 packages, with one box being 6 ft. long. Then they finally sent another code a week later for the rest, so I sent it,
That was 8 weeks ago, and these douchebags still haven't refunded my money. I had to contest this with my bank!
NEVER EVER EVER USE THESE CHINESE RIPOFFS FOR ANYTHING!!!

Totally left me hanging on my purchase. I ordered the h&s mini Max tuner for my truck and got just a ccv filter kit thingy of some sort.... Totally screwed up a $900 order and attempted to email these guys multiple times without a response. The tuner shows to be in stock on their site.. Guess that's a lie. Contacting my bank this morning to dispute these charges. Avoid buying from these ppl.. they are a switch and bait company. I will never buy from this site again

I ordered my part on June 2, 2024 , I have not received my part , and I never received a tracking number I'f the product got sent out or not. Any advice on how to contact this company besides email, I tracked my order number and email to see if the company could help me track my part. And advise would be great.
