Your tuner part has been refunded. We notified you as soon as we were told it was out of stock and asked if you wanted a refund or to wait. The estimated time we told you was to arrive at the end of the month, so we sent it out to you when it arrived and the system automatically updated your tracking number for you after it was sent out, the package's shipping label was established on 12/21/2024, 9:13 P.M. and the package is still showing as being on its way on the 22nd, arriving in Ontario, CA, which is perfectly fine for you to check the Ups track. The package has not been updated since this point in time, so the package may have been lost in transit by the logistics provider. The logistics track for the package was updated by the logistics provider, not us.

Hi, just to be clear, we have had this note on our site for a long time, tuner does not come with points or unlocks. You can check the main image of your purchase link, and the description on the product detail page, we have increased the words no points at the top, you need to check this information before purchasing. We have made this clear. If you don't know where it is, I can take a screenshot and show you. I even reminded you when you came in to ask about the status of your order. If you are not satisfied, you can return it for a refund.
