Order E3841745. On April 30 I purchase an electric car fan for $60.76. Upon entering the Credit card, the web said there was an error. I re-entered and pressed enter to be billed for 2 additional items total $ 293.76. When I queried, I was told it was because I selected $ 225.00 for shipping. Fan arrived 6 days later ($ 225 00) Shipping Invoice was adjusted to $ 60.76 and I was billed for another $ 60.76. I filed a complaint with BBB

Once again I had a bad experience at Speedway in Westlake, store #0007690. Tried calling twice this morning to speak with store Manager and the phone just rang and rang and rang. Dealt with Assoc. Pony tail Allan P. while there. Again very rude to me and needs to go back to customer service training. He also left three people waiting in line and ignored us until he was finished doing something. I have been recently to the North Ridgeville location and those girls are so nice and pleasant and go overboard to make you feel appreciated. This Allan P. needs to go there and be retrained by them!

Ordered a shifter from speedway motors on ebay after 90 days ebay canceled because of non delivery reordered from speedway in december still have not got it called help line 4 times still don't have any answer called lokar factory nobody will pickup . UNBELIEVABLE POOR SERVICE

I have a 1966 Chevrolet C10 pickup with a SBC. I ordered the Hooker 1652HKR header back dual exhaust pipe system. It was about $260. What a joke. Virtually none of the pre-bent pipe or hangers worked. Designed to fit inside the frame rails and below crossmembers. DO NOT ORDER THIS EXHAUST FOR YOUR C10 from SPEEDWAY. You'll be sorry and will have to build one right from scratch.

I ordered 4 wheels on October 10th 2021 as a Christmas present for my son. They took the money right out of my account. I kept tracking shipping and it never showed they shipped. I messaged multiple times and never got a answer. Finally I called and spoke to a supervisor on December 10th 2021 and I was informed they would not ship because they don't have any. I asked them when that was found out and was informed that the note on the account says November 8th 2021. They continued to give me the run around knowing the wheels were never going to ship. They did not bother to email or call that the items were not available but had no problem taking my money. My son has his heart set on these wheels and now there is no time to get them from anywhere else and most places are sold out. I asked for my refund and I was told it would be sent to customer service and it could take 2 to 3 weeks for it to go through. So now I'm going to have one heart broken 14 year old on Christmas because not only am I missing the wheels that were bought I'm out $1106 until it's refunded and can't shop anywhere else for them because they have my money. DO NOT CLAIM YOU HAVE CERTAIN ITEMS ON YOUR WEBSITE IF YOU DON’T HAVE THEM AND TAKE PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY!!! I HIGHLY do NOT recommend speedway motors

They really suck. You order, you pay and you hear NOTHING from them. They give you a delivery date and that comes and goes with no tracking number or courtesy contact telling you the part(s) you ordered are not being shipped for whatever excuse they have each time. Save your time and money and buy elsewhere.

Purchased a complete rear chunk from this company and has been one problem after another and constant lies when you talk to anyone including the supervisor. Worse company I have ever dealt with !!! Do not buy from these people . I will not stop until I have disputed this 100%...this has cost me more then just a rearend for a customers car !!

Ordered 12 days ago. Haven't received yet. When it comes I am returning item. Rather do my shopping somewhere else....
