I ordered a Hot Pink hoodie/sweater and instead received a purple hoodie. On the packing slip it clearly says pink and for some reason some idiot sent the wrong shipment. I paid extra for the shipping and this is what I get. The quality is not that great nor the silk screen. Over all not happy with the purchase.

My order was claimed to be sent via USPS. The tracking number said that my package was delivered Friday June 10th however I never received it. This was my first experience with this company. Not a good one :(

That is what I would like to know. I ordered some Haas gear that was suppose to be in stock at the beginning of April. I received and email that it was back ordered and I could cancel my order if I wanted. What I want is the Gear I ordered. No updates since the the backorder email. Why place an available date if you are not certain it will be in stock? Mercedes will have won the championship befor I get my order!!!

Website showed a 2015 Minichamps 1:43 Spanish GP Mclaren which I purchased. I was sent a Chinese GP version which is a completely different paint scheme. I was told the manufacturer changed the model # and that is why I received the incorrect item. I asked for the correct version and customer service said it was never made. Huh??? I went to the Mclaren Store and bought the model "never made." On a good note, Return label was sent ASAP. Now awaiting my credit. Not my first Speedgear purchase. Probably my last. OBTW... the website depiction has not been changed.

It was to be 2 day priority shipping. We are now on day 4 with no product. It's still in New Jersey. I'm in Iowa.

Placed an order, they took my money, THEN refunded it 2 days later to tell me they were sold out.. Why would they show an item that's not available.. Could have saved us the hassle and disappointment if they would have put a "sold out"!?! notice underneath the item.. Wouldn't trust to order again.
