I recently made an international order through Speedgear´s website. I normally ship my orders to the US and never had any trouble. Unfortunately the shipment was sent to USPS almost a week later after I made my payment. Customer Service was responsive but not very helpful with my issue. I hope you can fix this kind of problems. Thanks.

Hi John, Your order was shipped out and shows it was delivered, here is the tracking number, 9400110200830838937901. Was delivered on Saturday 5th, please contact us if you cant find it. Its US mail.
