Ordered my stuff over a week before I had to leave for the US GRAND PRIX. Was told I would have it in time but unfortunately I'm sitting here at turn one right now without it. I received an email last week that it had shipped but never showed. Then I received another email today saying that it shipped today again while I'm here.

Placed an order on July 28th & today is August 4th & still haven't received items. Yesterday received an email saying it was on back order. Why wasn't that said when ordered??? Still waiting for shirts & my husband was planning on using them by now.

I saw the Haas F1 flag advertised on Facebook. There was no mention of the size and the picture didn't show any grommets. I called Speedgear and asked about the size. I was told it was 2'x 3'. That was correct. I asked if it had grommets. I was assured that it did. I received the flag. It does not have grommets. It has a small sleeve for a thin pole. The rating I gave doesn't reflect my experience at all. The fellow I talked to was very nice and went to check with someone else about my questions. There was no friction. I was just given the wrong information.

They didnt have my size hat in stock, when they finally shipped me my hat it came in the wrong size.

Ordered items on line...was charged on October 31...today is November 15..nothing..don't have anything from Speedgear...probably glad I didn't pay for expedited shipping or anything..
