There are a lot of courses available; however, a large number of the dysphagia courses are very dated.

I have to be honest . I am disappointed in your podcasts to date. Your customer service is excellent, but the quality of the podcasts is not providing much objective, useful information. The ones I have taken so far, have used much of the time discussing personal experiences with no relevance and information that is basic to our field. I was a member of speechpathology.com and the webinars were informative and the handouts were excellent, with the presenters presenting to us as professionals. The website is not easy to navigate to register for a podcast. I am giving three stars because of your customer service.

Like- Good options of CEU Dislike- You can not find the date of when the PD was created, most PD does not have resources and the filter option doesn’t work. It will show you video categories you didn’t select

Needs to be more mobile friendly. Not all podcasts available on iTunes

I love the courses, but was disappointed to find out that not all of them are included in my $89 membership. You have to pay $100 more than the base price to access courses more than 3 hours in length. I will most likely not renew next year, but have been pleased with the courses I have been able to access so far.

I have had one excellent, one good and three very mediocre experiences with the on-line classes.

Some of the presenters and workshops are excellent. Other workshops are not evidence-based. Many workshops are audio-only podcasts. Many workshops are only one hour long and do not offer enough detail. After a while, I ran out of quality content.

Some of the sessions, have been not very interactive; presenters just reading powerpoint notes standing in front of a podium.
