I've taken about 20 hours of coursework from speechpathology.com.
All of the courses I've taken with this format have been excellent, except for one. The actual course itself (Pediatric Dysphagia - 4.0 hours) was great. However, instead of giving the test at the end of each of the four parts, there was one large test at the very end. I feel that it's just too much to expect someone to remember in minute detail the information from four hours of straight coursework. Even though I felt that I had a good grasp of the material (and 30 years of pediatric feeding experience), pulling up the details was just too difficult. I suggest keeping the course the same, but having a test after each part is given. Thanks, Anita Stanley
