I very much appreciated the easy access to a large variety of topics of interest to me. Being able to pause while taking crucial notes or during interruptions is also a huge bonus for me that this format allowed for me to do.

the ease of using the website for find courses; the variety of topics seems endless (new to the site); customer service was very helpful as a first timer attending a live webinar. So far, I've attended courses from the same presenters, and will look for more things that they've presented, as they were engaging and succinct, and provided examples of concepts being discussed, which, for me, is invaluable. Because I am in a spot right now where I need more "live" CEU hours (and fast :), i would love to see a bigger selection of live webinars that provide more hours per course.

I love that I can search for information and a course that peaks my interest and earn credit for the class anytime that is available in my schedule. Generally, the speakers are interesting, knowledgeable and disclose knowledge necessary for a particular topic or area of study. I appreciate that the content of the course or for most courses anyway is provided, along with the exam for the course. Being able to listen, jot down notes and review information if missed or misunderstood the provided content is available through this platform or media. Not all speakers are as enthusiastic as others, and all don't speak with a level of enthusiasm to keep your attention, but that is where the rewind button helps. AS much as I love going to a conference for CEU's, I truly have learned to enjoy and appreciate this method of learning and earning CEU's

I have found the information the presenters have shared to be useful and practical. And I love that there are many different topics and populations to choose from.
