Items were shipped quickly and without issue. However I never received an email confirmation of my order nor any tracking/shipping info from them until after I posted a bad review. I tried contacting them on every platform where they have a presence but only got an email from them after the bad review despite then claiming to have emailed me several times over. It took 4 emails and a bad review before I got any shipping info or even my order number. Apparently part of the issue is they don't answer emails on the weekends. Took forever to ship, then when I tried to cancel the order I got the old "Well it just went out this morning" and of course it's ups sure post so there is literally no tracking just "shipped." Was supposed to be for vacation, but now it will just be sitting on the front steps the whole time I'm gone. It was slightly more expensive from other sites and now I see why.
