They use deceptive tactics to trap your money and bypass PayPal policies. ​Here is how their scam works: ​Fake Stock & Locations: They advertise items as shipping locally (e.g., from the USA), but after you pay, they send items from China using completely different tracking numbers. ​Refusal to Cancel Orders: I requested a cancellation within less than one hour of placing the order. They lied, claiming the item was already "in transit." In reality, they just generated a shipping label days later to fake a shipment and ignored my cancellation request for 4 full days. ​Contradictory Information: Their support team sends automated, conflicting messages, providing multiple different tracking numbers and constantly changing their stories. ​If you fell into their trap, do not wait for the delivery and do not close your PayPal dispute. Collect screenshots of your immediate cancellation request, the actual package pickup date, and escalate the case directly to PayPal. ​STAY AWAY! Totally untrustworthy seller.

It took several weeks to get but the product seems to be able to work well.
