DO NOT trust this business. Misleading advertising, once you have ordered and you think the price is final, and only after you have authorised payment, they then charge an additional 30% under the guise of "taxes". Tax in Australia is only 10% but they will not refund the overcharged 20% tax. BE CAREFUL.

Delivery took way too long, zero replies from seller, package may have been crushed in transit. Physical size of bottle more of a 'sampler' than what was expected for the retail cost paid!

They use deceptive tactics to trap your money and bypass PayPal policies. Here is how their scam works: Fake Stock & Locations: They advertise items as shipping locally (e.g., from the USA), but after you pay, they send items from China using completely different tracking numbers. Refusal to Cancel Orders: I requested a cancellation within less than one hour of placing the order. They lied, claiming the item was already "in transit." In reality, they just generated a shipping label days later to fake a shipment and ignored my cancellation request for 4 full days. Contradictory Information: Their support team sends automated, conflicting messages, providing multiple different tracking numbers and constantly changing their stories. If you fell into their trap, do not wait for the delivery and do not close your PayPal dispute. Collect screenshots of your immediate cancellation request, the actual package pickup date, and escalate the case directly to PayPal. STAY AWAY! Totally untrustworthy seller.

Ordered a crossbody bag off of Instagram. Don’t buy anything, total scammers. Tracking is fake and when I reached out to them after a month of not receiving, suddenly my tracking showed it was almost coming to me - then within a week it changed to delivered and closed but never received anything.

US company but warehouses in China. I purchased 2 belts from them, but the sizes were too big. So I asked for an exchange. I was even willing to pay for shipping costs. I guess consumer laws are different over there. It was a lot of back & forth & they did offer a refund of some amount, but that doesn’t fix the problem. I still have 2 belts that can’t be used. Really poor company policies.
