Ordered glasses on May 1st, 2023 and it is already on June 7th. They told me the ETA would be the middle to end of May. However, I haven't received any updates or a tracking number. I have sent emails twice to ask if there is any updates but they always send emails back with the same message like "Thank you for your patience with your order. We have reached out to Yuichi Toyama requesting an update and will get back to you as soon as possible. " Now I'm kind of worried about if I can receive the product.

Had to be a little patient with the wait (about a month) but was worth it considering the quality of work done on the eyeglasses - accurately cut and fitted lenses to the frame and my prescription.

Delivery was faster than expected and I love my new glasses! I will definitely order from here again.

Responsive to email, took a little longer than I anticipated but they told me they were waiting on a response from the designers. I ordered 1/19 and received 2/1. Shipped and packaged protectively and frames arrived in great shape ready for my optometrist to put in lenses. Very pleased!

3rd order now, have returned one item with no problems. Always great customer service, and inventory. Excellent communication and never any problems.
