I placed an order relatively early on a Thursday, and paid the $20 fee for overnight delivery. I was provided a UPS tracking number. Unfortunately UPS never heard of that tracking number. The reason? I missed some unstated overnight deadline, and since overnight for Speck does not include the weekend, I am supposed to be getting my overnight package today, 3 days later. If Speck has an overnight cutoff time they need to (1) let the customer know that and (2) not take the customer's money. Speck refuses to refund the overnight fee.

Update: To their credit. SPECK have issued a new case and apologised. This is now what one would expect from customer service. Cases break within a year. First claim not processed so bought a second this lasted less then a year. Two cases down. Warranty sent out wrong case. Stay away!!
