Alvi Rahman is the best !! even though I was facing some challenges on getting funded he pushed and made it happen for me and it’s not the first time he has helped me .. .I’m glad I started a relationship with specialty I look foward to keep working with them 100% recommended !!

I had a great experience working with Specialty Capital. The entire process was smooth and straightforward from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly. They made sure I understood every step and helped me get exactly what I needed without any unnecessary stress or delays. I really appreciate how transparent and reliable they were — everything they promised, they delivered. I’d definitely recommend Specialty Capital to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient loan process.

Quick turnaround time on funding and the rates were much better than other places we tried.

So far it's been a pleasureable experience. We'll informed lender associate
