Disappointed With the Funding Process and Customer Service We were given the option of taking the funding as a lump sum or taking smaller draws as we needed them. We chose the draw option, but I do not feel it was clearly explained that each time we requested another draw, we would essentially have to go through the approval process all over again, including credit review, bank statements, AR reports, and other financial information. We also had funds in other accounts and, because we did not fully understand how their process worked or what they would be looking for with each draw, we were not prepared for the additional scrutiny and documentation every time we needed access to more of the funding. This was my first time using this type of financing, and I believe the draw process and requirements should have been explained much more clearly upfront. I have also been disappointed with the level of customer service and communication throughout the process. My advice to anyone considering this company is to ask very specific questions and make sure you completely understand how subsequent draws work, what documentation will be required, and whether you will have to requalify each time. Had I understood all of this from the beginning, I would have made a different decision. Based on my experience, this is not a type of financing I would use again.

Complete bait-and-switch. Offered one deal, supposedly approved it, yanked it at the last minute, then patronizingly gave us a low-ball, take-it-or-leave-it offer.

Don't work with this company. They're very disrespectful, unethical, bad people. Avoid them at all costs. I'll never make the mistake again working with them. If you're looking for a relationship and partnership with a lender, these are NOT the people you want to work with.
