Specialty Bottle is TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. From A-Z terrible people. Terrible experiences. Terrible prices. (Ebay is better. Free Shipping, Lower prices, Same product. Includes Labels.) Not double the cost. Then treat you like crap. Like Specialty Bottle people do. I Bought 13 different orders from them. It got worse and worse. The Specialty Bottle employees have a very ugly, greed, sinful side to them. Especially Rachel. She is the Queen of the ill-repute there. What a bunch out backstabbing jerks. You order and order from them. even though their shipping prices are way too high. Then everytime you order they get worse. They screwed up my order 3 times. I am out of 400$ because of Specialtybottle. what a load of crap. Brad, Rachel; You both are greedy liars. You tell us we are saving. But we truly are not. You say you are putting a rush on our orders. But that is a lie too. You don't rush anything. Your coverage map is a joke. I received every order within one day or 3. But now they decide they don't like me. because i called them out on the lies. So they are pissed. They shipped my 2 replacement jars from Washington state. So I can forget about getting my replacement jars "Rushed". I still have not received the order they screwed up 3 times. In conclusion:The people at Specialtybottle are liars and jerks. They are spiteful and unprofessional. They raise their prices up high. They do not care about you. They are super greedy. I reach out for help with my missing order 3 times. They reassured me that it would be delivered that day or the next. One week later, still no package. Brad says, the order was never placed. and my order was changed. when i tried to add on 5 items. they really screwed me over 3 times. they made me lose a 400$ job. They have done nothing to help me, nor to show humility, or any kind of gratuity. how difficult is it to get a small order done and done correctly. You both Rachel and Brad have really let me down. My family was relying on you all. but that failed. If you do order from this website. Beware of bad service and bad attitudes. Hidden behind fake personalities. Lids missing Lids that don't fit properly, broken products, wrong products, cracked products, bad attitudes, Bad Customer Service, Late deliveries, much later deliveries, deliveries don't show up at all, Every word from SB is a deception,( from A-Z,) CSR are liars Too many invoices, wrong invoices. delivery map zone coverage is a scam, Poor packaging.
