great service!
As a large company we get great service from SPC they are always ready to work with us. Our contacts with SPC are very Knowlegeable and friendly. the tools have always shown up on time. they sell great quality tools.

If you want fast service on your Fiber Optic Products, try using this company as I do get goog results.
I have found two good inside customer service sales ladies that i wish I had the same good results with some of my other Fiber Optic suppliers. I can send them a request for quote or to check on stock available or just place a "rush" PO, and I get a quick and immediately reply back from these two customer service reps. I also enjoy readeing their customer courteous remarks when they acknowledg my emails or purchase oders. That make you feel good when they say " they really do appreicate doing business with you and glad I am able to help you out ". That is why I shop with them first when I am looking to purchase Fiber Optic products, or tools, or other supplies from Specialized Products Company.
