Excellent customer serviceand shipping.
I looked at website to see if SP had the connectors I needed and they did. I had a question and was handled by customer service. Great, friendly, caring attitudes make it a pleasure to deal with SP. I will highly recommend to my business associates.

Product arrived quickly and safely
Product arrived quickly and although the exterior box was dented, the product was packed well enough that the interior box was unharmed. I will use this supplier again

Right Product, Good Price.
It is hard to find the right product accesories when the merchandise you have is no longer in production and is replaced with newer incompatiable units. This site had exactly what I was looking for and for a much cheaper cost than other online retailers I seen.

Outstanding Service
I have used Specialized Products for over 15 years and have never had a bad product or dealt with a bad customer rep. Their "Will Call" and desk folks have always been first rate, friendly, and ready to assist. Even when the transaction was returning products that were not needed. They have always wanted to assist you in getting your products and getting you back to your job. That helps immensely when you are in a time crunch and have to get a network back up. I would recommend them to anyone at any time.

Efficient and accurate.
I placed a small order for specific parts. Shipping was prompt. Packaging was appropriate. Order contents were accurate and complete. Specialized is only 45 minutes from me, which is also good to know if I had an urgent need. Specialized carries just about anything a telco engineer would need.
