Overall good service and good product. Only negative was shipping too expensive. Shipping was same cost as item that was very light. Would purchase from them again.

I ordered four adjustable parts boxes. Products arrived promptly and was well packed. The boxes were well designed, nice thick plastic, and sturdy. The dividers snap into place properly and are constructed to hold the box together and make it more rigid. On the whole, product quality and value exceeded my expectations. I'm knocking one star off because shipping is too expensive for a small, lightweight order.

Very fast and courteous service. When I created my online account I inadvertently misspelled my email address. The salesrep called me at the contact phone immediately to inform me that they were unable to send my confirmation email. She was able to correct the spelling but for this order only, she said that she couldn't access the database to make the permanent change. I went online and the user can edit/change any part of the account profile EXCEPT the email address. I guess if I reorder from Specialized Products I'll have to create a new profile or go through these extra steps again. Seems kind of silly.

The website was well detailed and easy to navigate.
