I ordered a pair of shoes, it took 3 weeks to get them and they were way too big. They said keep the shoes and they would send me a new pair; but I had to pay shipping ($14). Another 3 weeks and I get them an they are a size 10.5 (I take a size 8) I was told because they already replaced them once, I would have to pay ($20-$30) to ship them back! What?! They ended up giving me a full store credit. I should have called my CC Co. This place is a nightmare! Do not order from them

The product is nice and the communication with the company was very good. It took my merchandise a little longer to arrive but I was compensated with a discount for future use. The shoes are very comfortable and unique in style, which is what I aim for "uniqueness" I am pleasantly pleased. Thank you kindly.

Scam alert dont be fooled please . I ordered a handbag in December 2025 till date March 2026 l havent received it . Initially they send a fake tracking number and now its story after story . Dont spend your hard earned money on them its not worth it

Awful company. Ordered a jacket from them and when it arrived was amazed at the poor quality of the product. As with others got offered 20% then 30% refund but after 5 emails got the returns address. Now 3 weeks later still chasing for my refund. This company need investigating.
