I ordered a pair of spade shoes. They were the wrong size. I’ve been dealing with them for a month. They don’t return my emails. They don’t send me my right size. They don’t give me a refund. They are the worst product I have ever dealt with.

I ordered a pair of shoes, it took 3 weeks to get them and they were way too big. They said keep the shoes and they would send me a new pair; but I had to pay shipping ($14). Another 3 weeks and I get them an they are a size 10.5 (I take a size 8) I was told because they already replaced them once, I would have to pay ($20-$30) to ship them back! What?! They ended up giving me a full store credit. I should have called my CC Co. This place is a nightmare! Do not order from them

Scam alert dont be fooled please . I ordered a handbag in December 2025 till date March 2026 l havent received it . Initially they send a fake tracking number and now its story after story . Dont spend your hard earned money on them its not worth it

Awful company. Ordered a jacket from them and when it arrived was amazed at the poor quality of the product. As with others got offered 20% then 30% refund but after 5 emails got the returns address. Now 3 weeks later still chasing for my refund. This company need investigating.

It's a phishing scam. They don't deliver the items then they send you a tracking link to a phishing site. They also use AI yo create fake delivery photos of your house. That's how far they go with the deception.

Spades sent me a blazer jacket. Quality was awful. Not only this but it was faulty. The button was sewn on wrong meaning the lapel twisted when done up. Even though clearly faulty Spades offered me a 30% refund to keep the jacket or said I could return it to but that would cost me as much as the jacket in the first place in postage. They wouldn’t allow me to speak with a manager either. The worst experience I have ever had. Something needs to be done about this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered a pair of shoes and after 3 weeks I received the order which cost me £75 pounds GB . They sent me the wrong size and colour. Emailed them but no reply. To all the other shoppers beware before you spend your hard earned money.
