This app is absolutely atrocious. I have only used it once and found the videos unhelpful. Mot only this but they expect you to write out your answers to test you randomly. This "feature" is not only unhelpful, but also lowers your end result. I would rather not have to write out my answers multiple times just to pass a simple homework task. I would personally say that this should not be allowed to be used due to the overly complex, unhelpful nature of it

Sparx science is one of the most useless and unhelpful homework website i have ever encountered. This app doesn't help me learn anything new and is way too buggy. Like it keeps telling me that the answer is wrong even though the support says it is right. This app has made me really upset and angry.

Sparx: A Nightmarish Abyss of Digital Ineptitude If ever there were a website that deserved to be buried in the annals of failed digital ventures, Sparx is undoubtedly it. From its laughably outdated interface to its catastrophic functionality, Sparx has managed to achieve the impossible: it is not just bad—it is irredeemable. If I could give it negative stars, I would, because even one star feels like an insult to every other website that has ever existed. Interface: A Design Catastrophe From the moment you land on Sparx’s homepage, you are greeted with what can only be described as a visual assault. The color scheme is an inexplicable mashup of neon greens and clashing oranges that could give a migraine to a colorblind person. The font choices? Comic Sans for headings and Papyrus for body text—because why not complete the mockery? Navigating the site feels like being trapped in a labyrinth designed by a sadist. The menus are cluttered, unresponsive, and often overlap with other content, making it impossible to know where you are or where you’re going. Clicking on any link is like spinning a roulette wheel—will it load? Will it crash? Will it take you to a completely unrelated page? Who knows! Performance: Slow, Buggy, and Unstable In a world where even the most basic websites manage to load in seconds, Sparx stands out for all the wrong reasons. Every action feels like it’s happening underwater, with page loading times rivaling those of early 2000s dial-up connections. And if you’re lucky enough to get a page to load without the site crashing, you’re immediately greeted by a barrage of broken images, missing text, and error messages. And let’s talk about compatibility—or rather, the lack of it. Sparx doesn’t work properly on any browser. Chrome? Glitches galore. Firefox? Unusable. Safari? Don’t even bother. Mobile users? Forget it. The site refuses to scale, leaving you squinting at microscopic text or scrolling endlessly through oversized, misaligned elements. Content: Pointless and Outdated What is Sparx even supposed to offer? The site boasts about its “rich content,” but all I found were half-baked articles, broken links, and pages filled with lorem ipsum text placeholders. The few pieces of actual content seem to have been written by an AI with a penchant for incoherence—or perhaps by someone who actively despises their audience. Moreover, the site hasn’t been updated in years. A quick glance at their “latest news” section reveals announcements from 2017, alongside promises of features that “will be launching soon.” Spoiler alert: they never did. Customer Support: Nonexistent On the rare occasion that you can find the contact page (hidden, of course, behind a maze of broken links), don’t expect help. Emails go unanswered, the live chat is permanently “offline,” and the FAQ section is a joke—literally. One of the answers to a common query reads, “We don’t know either.” Security: A Privacy Nightmare If Sparx’s usability issues weren’t bad enough, their complete disregard for user privacy and security is downright dangerous. The site has no HTTPS encryption, meaning your data is vulnerable to anyone with basic hacking skills. To add insult to injury, Sparx seems to have no qualms about collecting and selling user data, as evidenced by the suspiciously targeted spam emails that flooded my inbox shortly after signing up. Conclusion: A Monument to Failure In the vast universe of websites, Sparx is a black hole—a void of functionality, design, and purpose. It’s as if the creators set out to make the worst site imaginable and then surpassed even their own abysmal expectations. Sparx isn’t just a bad website; it’s an insult to the internet itself. Save yourself the frustration, the time, and the inevitable headache, and steer clear of this digital dumpster fire. Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (only because I can’t give it zero).

It's so annoying. It gives you the most irrelevant questions and gives you books you wouldn't even get paid to read. Then it gives you the absolute abomination of having to get a book just like the previous one, just to suffer once more.

It’s honesty tooo annoying to get a better review. It’s literally my biggest source of stress. It’s too annoying to be considered as homework. Also you’re annoying for inventing it. You have got to be the world’s most annoying human to ever live. It stresses me more than it teaches me. Only 1 thing it taught me and I forgot already because of how bad ur teaching skills are. Just get out of my life you’re so annoying

I do not like this website as a student it has a good answering system letting you have clues to help you. Although it has not helped me during classes and feels more like a chore than learning.
