THE ENTIRETY OF THIS APP IS DESPICABLE!!!! I CANT PUT INTO WORDS THE HATRED THAT BURNS IN MY HEART EVERY TIME I OPEN SPARKS. Additionally, I find that the questions are often disproportionately difficult, with some assigned up to 5 points,while others seem to cover less advanced topics in science. Using Sparx Maths is supposed to help students “grow” their math skills, but honestly, it feels more like trying to grow a garden in rocky soil—frustrating and almost impossible to make progress. Instead of nurturing understanding, the system just throws repetitive questions at students like they’re sunflowers forced to grow in the wrong environment. What’s worse, the platform feels outdated and, in some cases, biased in ways that are hard to ignore. Some problems and content examples seem tone-deaf or intentionally racist, which definitely doesn’t help create an inclusive learning space. If Sparx wants to support all students, it needs to rethink not just how it teaches, but what it teaches. Overall, Sparx Maths is more a source of stress than growth — and that’s the opposite of what education should be. tbh its soo much better ever since bookwork checks became non compulsory, but PLEASE find different people to do the explaining in the videos because at the moment i really cant watch the videos because i find everyones voices really really annoying and unbearable
