I've never had a problem before and I've ordered a few items. The service on delivery needs help. My item was delivered to another town and then sent back to the correct post office and then sent out for delivery, which arrived a day late. The product is not working properly. The base suction is not working.

Spartanlover.com has the best customer service I've ever seen. This is my second order with them, the product arrived within three days of order, and everything was as described and pictured. Very pleased will be ordering from them again.

It's excellent and fun. Only notice is it doesn't have a thru hole for easy cleaning but is ribbed and pleasurable..
