I am extremely dissatisfied with the service from SpartanLover. I bought a sex doll from them, but I received absolutely nothing of what I ordered. Instead, the tracking number they gave me was for a tiny envelope something completely different! This website is not reliable at all. They do not send the dolls; they just take your money and leave you with nothing. To add to all their lies, the website states that you cannot cancel your order or change your mind even 5 minutes after purchasing. This is ridiculous because on any reliable website, building a custom doll takes at least 3 weeks. They lock you in immediately just to steal your money. Consider yourselves warned, do not buy from here! P.s You don't respond to the 10 cent envelope you sent me, just take the money, bad service, endless lies. I have enough proof and evidence against you, so don't mess with my mind. You gave me a tracking number on your website that you provided for shipping a doll that cost almost $4,000 and an envelope arrived in the mail with the tracking number that you provided, an envelope worth 10 cents. You wanted to work on me and PayPal and you won't succeed.

I wanted a quality sex machine. I DID NOT want one from Amazon. I searched so many sites. I found Spartanlover and what appealed to me was their claim to be a small business. The product pictures, videos, graphics and description looked like it was a quality product and unique to this site. I purchased the machine for 89.99. It came with one attachment . They said it would come discreetly boxed with Spartan as the sender. Later that day I emailed them to cancel the order but I never got a reply. One day a box from Amazon was delivered. I don't shop with Amazon so I was confused. It had the Amazon logo and it had Amazon as the Shipper. Inside the box was the sex machine! I was quite upset. I immediately emailed Spartan and told them I didn't want a product from Amazon. If I did I would've ordered from them and not Spartan! They didn't reply. I emailed them 3 times and they never replied. I wanted to send it back because they hsd lied about their business and their product. I disputed the charge with my card company in hopes they could reach Spartan and I could return the machine for a refund. It was in it's original unopened packaging. Spartan responded to my card company. They sent a copy of an agreement I didn't agree to. It had someone else's name and information on it. They claimed I just didn't like that it was packaged in am Amazon box. My card company never asked for my proof they had fraudulently sold me an Amazon product and misrepresented themselves. That is illegal! The case was closed. Spartan took my 89.99 and purchase the sex machine from Amazon and had them ship it to me . I have the packing slip and gift receipt. I am pursuing this with an attorney now and I have reported them to the FTC and will report them to their state attorney general. I don't believe they make their dolls either. All of their products come from Amazon. They have no customer service. They care about making a buck and screwing the consumer.. Buy from the manufacturer and avoid shady groups like this who are not a small business who care. I will spend way more than 89.99 to get them to make this right . This was a horrible experience. I've never been scammed like this and they shouldn't be allowed to get away with it Spartan lover is a run by thieves. Shop at Amazon because that's what you get

They don't take responsibility for what they sell. They blame any problem on shipping and just respond with "you agreed to the ToS". Just avoid them. Plenty of other good companies out there.

Customer service has gone down the toilet. Guy who runs it cares nothing about customer concerns and continues to sell sub-par and/or defective dolls. He also deletes negative reviews, so you can't trust the reviews on his site. *Update, company replys to this with wrong customer. Not Jeremiah. Stand by original review. Guy is shady for sure.
