I have had Sparklets for 6 and 1/2 years. It has been a pleasure to do business with them I have always received my deliveries on time. Armando does a great job! I wouldn't think of using any one else.

Sparkletts constantly changes delivery dates, which is irritating, vexing, and frustrating. I was told delivery would be on a certain date, and suddenly, it would be canceled. I called customer service, and they were helpful and professional, but they were the intermediary between the customer and the delivery unit. If I had know about their water delivery failures (miss dates and communication) I never would have signed up with them at Costco.

For the last 4 years, I have had water delivery from sparklets. 5,5 gallon jugs once a month have been delivered next to my garage door. On August 22nd I had a scheduled delivery when I arrived at my home. I realized the 5,5 gallons of water. We're placed by my mailbox and my empty bottles were up by my garage, where they've always been. I called to complain about this situation and I was told they would rectify it on friday, the 23. They would pick up the empties and bring the 5,5 gallons up to my garage. On friday morning, someone picked up the five empties, but failed to bring the water up from the street. When I again called to complain, they told me they were unable to get to my property. Because the gate was locked.I have no gate on my property, never have. If there was a gate, how were they able to pick up the empties? Now they're telling me they can't do anything until next week sometime.

We're customers of Sparkletts. Their water smells disgusting and tastes nasty. Their deliveries have been late which makes scheduling pointless. Their website is poorly built and their phone service has made us wait over an hour to receive help. Terrible company. We'll stick to buying water at the store.

The worst communication in the world. Overcharge at every oportunity. Wheni called about the overcharge i was told in so many words, To bad. So by not refunding my 33 dollars, you have lost a 4 year customer and this review and the others i will post, hopefully will save another potential customer from your overbilling practices.

The only thing that I see that this company, Sparkletts Water, can do to help make this situation better---FILE FOR BANKRUPTCY!!! IVE had their service for 10 weeks now, they have billed me twice, I have been out of water and have been promised delivery for 7 weeks!!! Still no water---but they are Johnny on the spot with billing me!!! I WISH I WOULD PAY THEM FOR THEIR crap SERVICE!!! I dare you to call to schedule a delivery---you will be waiting a loooooong time for water!! He'll, at least give us someone to cuss that can understand when they are being cussed for being worthless!! Thanks Sparkletts!!

The delivery system people are bloody liars! I was suppose to get a delivery last month and paid for 3 bottles. I got an email that my deliver would come on the first. Nope! I had eye surgery so was unable to call them re delivery. I finally called the number and checked. They said would arrive last Friday, Nope! I called on Monday (was told delivery on Thursday 7/11) and was promised after impossibly long phone wait and I was rescheduled and supposed to be delivered today! Nope! Canceling service..

This company is the worse! They’re great at billing but not with delivery. They charge my card when they’re not supposed to and it’s out of control. I understand that mistakes happen but this is repetitive! Do yourself a favor and please find someone else b/c you will regret it. I sure do!!!!!
