Spilled 5 Gallons of water on my office floor and left
We are extremely unhappy with PRIMO/Sparkletts. We had an incident with a delivery driver who broke a full 5-gallon jug of water all over the floor of our office and then just left. He passed by me at the front desk and said, “One broke, it’s a little wet,” as he walked out and got in the truck. No apology, no offer to help clean it up, nothing. He was already gone by the time I got to the area and saw the enormous puddle of water in the middle of our office hallway. I even had to deal with products and tools in the area that got wet. I tried to file a complaint but clearly nothing was done about it when we saw he came back for the next delivery, we asked him why he left and he became argumentative and muttered rude comments under his breath while he was on the phone with someone in his earbuds the whole time. Had he even just apologized at the beginning and at least offered to help, we would be reacting very differently. I can’t believe Sparkletts doesn’t keep towels or even a small shop vac in their delivery trucks in case of emergencies like this. After the second incident, the owner of our company called PRIMO directly to file a complaint and was told he would get a call back in two hours and even after confirming his phone number multiple times we never received a call back.
