I put in my card details because it said they needed to be re-entered eventho I've been a Photoshop member for 6 years and didn’t realise £11 would immediately be taken out of my account. I thought I’d already paid for the month. I want to cancel my membership and instead I’ve been charged and when I tried to cancel I was THREATEN of losing £30. This company is pure evil. They prey on innocent people who aren’t aware that they will just suck money out from them like a parasite. I’m so disappointed I thought that photoshop was such a big name and important company (hence why I was a member for so long) because you were amiable and caring of your customers. When I accidentally paid Amazon £5 for a membership they gave me a full refund because I cancelled it the day I paid. Adobe triple the amount you pay for your membership and act like that’s acceptable behaviour. Disgusting.
