¡Hola, Barb! It makes us happy that you’ve felt at ease while taking your lessons with Oscar during your first year with us. Besides being an extremely talented Coach, Oscar is also our Soft Skills trainer, which is evident from how he carries out each lesson. He embodies our values and one of our main goals: lesson-tailoring. Each student is different and it’s of utmost importance to us that each lesson is specifically created with each student’s learning style and goals in mind. Congratulations on your first anniversary at Spanish55! We look forward to hearing more about your progress. 😊

Hi Steve, We're sorry to hear that you're in the hospital. We hope you feel better soon and can resume your lessons with us. Coach Sofia loves having you in her lessons! We just wanted to clarify that all our lessons are set to auto-renew, as outlined in the terms and conditions of each subscription plan on our website. When we discussed this over email and on the phone, we explored various ways to help you make the most of your lesson credits. Our aim is always to ensure you get the most out of your subscription, and we certainly don't want your lesson credits to go unused. Please rest assured that you will be able to use your lesson credits once you’re out of the hospital and your auto-renewal is canceled. We wish you a speedy recovery and we look forward to seeing you back with us soon. -Spanish55

¡Hola, Katie! Thank you for your trust over the past two and a half years. We are delighted that you and Coach Paula have created such a tight-knit bond. Her patience and observant nature allow her to make her lessons insightful and engaging, which is what we wish to deliver each time. True progress is made when lessons leverage your previous knowledge and mix it with vocabulary and grammar that is relevant to you. In addition to each lesson's content, it is just as important to have a guide who is as encouraging as Coach Paula. Katie, we look forward to hearing about how you and your friends can now communicate in Spanish. Indeed, learning a language can sometimes seem a bit like riding a roller coaster, but we assure you that the journey to fluency is incredibly fun when you’ve got others to share it with. We’re behind you every step of the way! 😊 - Spanish55

¡Hola, Mary! We are delighted that you trusted us with your Spanish-learning journey. Coach Francis does a wonderful job of leveraging prior knowledge and incorporating it into enjoyable and effective lessons. There is nothing like being able to take all the bits and pieces acquired beforehand and mixing them into contexts that are relevant to us. It makes us happy that you’re seeing the fruits of your hard work in your job. Learning a new language is a wonderful way of bridging gaps and fostering relationships with those around us. We also want to congratulate you, Mary. You’ve passed the 150-lesson mark and are well on your way to 200. That speaks volumes of your dedication and passion for Spanish. Kudos! We can’t wait to see you reach your next milestone. 😊 - Spanish55
