Hello Barbara, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that you have had trouble finding a location in your area. Our listings are ever-changing and we rely on the spa locations to notify us of any intent to cease accepting our cards. However, we are also adding new spas throughout time on a weekly basis. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us. Have a nice day!

Hello Jody, Thank you for your detailed feedback. While we apologize for the experience that you had with the salon, keep in mind that while Spafinder partners with the spa so that our cards are accepted at their location, we have no other insight or control into their daily operations. We ask that you contact the spa or salon directly for any complaints in relation to the quality of their products or services. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us. Have a nice day!
