Marie was very helpful in following up…
Marie was very helpful in following up with a problem at one of our urban locations resulting in a towed vehicle. She showed concern for the tenant, but also for us as the host. Matters were clarified for all parties and she then worked to update our profile so that future experiences would be smoother.
