I WAS SCAMMED
I signed up for the 14-day free trial and started a music promotion campaign. The pricing was not clear to me when I started the campaign, and the next day I noticed multiple payment attempts/charges on my card. I then lost access to my account because SpaceLoud asked me to update my payment method. I contacted support immediately to explain the situation and request clarification and a refund, but I have still received no response. I understand that there may be terms and conditions regarding campaigns and payments, but the pricing and payment process should be much clearer before a user is charged. I am still waiting for SpaceLoud to respond and resolve this issue.

Hi Yung Pac, We take these concerns seriously, so we went through your account record by record. Here is what happened: Sep 27, 23:50 – You created your account and started the 14-day Premium trial. Sep 28, 00:00 – You launched a campaign with Autopilot turned on and a $250 budget. With Autopilot on, SpaceLoud accepts creator offers for you within that budget. Each accepted offer is a separate one-time booking paid to the creator; it is not part of the subscription. 06:01–06:31 – Autopilot accepted three offers ($40, $20, $15). Your bank declined two of them. Only one payment went through: $15. Declined attempts are not charges and may show briefly as pending before they drop off. 06:31 – We messaged you in-app that a payment had failed and asked you to update your card. New bookings are paused until a valid card is added. Your account was never locked, and you signed in again on Sep 30. 07:32 – You emailed support. We replied at 07:34, and we answered every follow-up within minutes. The founder also replied to you personally on Oct 1. Oct 1 – The creator you paid $15 delivered your post. Oct 11 – Your trial ended and was cancelled. You were never charged for the subscription. To sum up: one $15 charge for a creator post that was delivered, no subscription charges, and same-day replies to every message you sent. We understand Autopilot can be surprising if you didn't expect it to act overnight, and we're happy to walk you through your account. But "scammed" isn't what happened, and we ask you keep your reviews factual both for us and other businesses moving forward.
