Horrible experience. They offered a refund but didn't issue it. Be careful.

Hi there, this should never happen. We’ve just pinged you asking for your email so we can handle the refund. Please reply when you can 🙏🏼

I WAS SCAMMED
I signed up for the 14-day free trial and started a music promotion campaign. The pricing was not clear to me when I started the campaign, and the next day I noticed multiple payment attempts/charges on my card.
I then lost access to my account because SpaceLoud asked me to update my payment method. I contacted support immediately to explain the situation and request clarification and a refund, but I have still received no response.
I understand that there may be terms and conditions regarding campaigns and payments, but the pricing and payment process should be much clearer before a user is charged.
I am still waiting for SpaceLoud to respond and resolve this issue.

Hi Yung Pac,
We take these concerns seriously, so we went through your account record by record. Here is what happened:
Sep 27, 23:50 – You created your account and started the 14-day Premium trial.
Sep 28, 00:00 – You launched a campaign with Autopilot turned on and a $250 budget. With Autopilot on, SpaceLoud accepts creator offers for you within that budget. Each accepted offer is a separate one-time booking paid to the creator; it is not part of the subscription.
06:01–06:31 – Autopilot accepted three offers ($40, $20, $15). Your bank declined two of them. Only one payment went through: $15. Declined attempts are not charges and may show briefly as pending before they drop off.
06:31 – We messaged you in-app that a payment had failed and asked you to update your card. New bookings are paused until a valid card is added. Your account was never locked, and you signed in again on Sep 30.
07:32 – You emailed support. We replied at 07:34, and we answered every follow-up within minutes. The founder also replied to you personally on Oct 1.
Oct 1 – The creator you paid $15 delivered your post.
Oct 11 – Your trial ended and was cancelled. You were never charged for the subscription.
To sum up: one $15 charge for a creator post that was delivered, no subscription charges, and same-day replies to every message you sent. We understand Autopilot can be surprising if you didn't expect it to act overnight, and we're happy to walk you through your account. But "scammed" isn't what happened, and we ask you keep your reviews factual both for us and other businesses moving forward.

Do not Use
Fake influencers and they automatically approve campaigns so when you figure out its not a real promo platform they still make money. Complete waste of money

Hi Young,
Thanks for the feedback, and sorry the campaign didn’t land the way you hoped.
Looking at your account, you ran two songs through SpaceLoud in mid-August and turned on Autopilot, which picks creators for you based on genre fit and past performance and accepts offers within the budget you set. Over the following week, 20 creators delivered 24 videos featuring your music on TikTok and Instagram. These are real people posting real content, and some of it is genuinely great.
Every video went to your dashboard for review, and we emailed you each time one came in. If a post doesn’t meet the brief, you can reject it and you’re not charged for it. After 48 hours without a response we approve it so the creator gets paid for work they’ve already published. That’s the “automatic approval” you saw, and it’s there to protect creators, not to take your money.
We’d have been glad to sort this out directly, but we never received a message from you through chat or email. We’ve reached out to you separately today and are happy to make this right, including a refund if you feel the campaign didn’t deliver.
Best,
SpaceLoud Team

Signed up for the free trial (not free)…
Signed up for the free trial (not free) and couldn’t access anything on the site because they kept asking me to sign up for a free trial… that I was already on, could not access the option to cancel. Because the damn free trial form just kept coming back.
Messages to the support chat weren’t even viewed.
Email support was a w⚓️ and blamed me for not cancelling in time.
It was a nightmare trying to cancel the subscription I didn’t want.
To address the response: no, it was not completely free, you need to pay $1 up front.
You have the support logs, so you can see that my request to support asking how to cancel was ignored up to and after the billing automatically commenced.
You did not address the issue I had with not being able access anything because the website kept asking me to undertake a free trial that I was already allegedly using.
And finally, your support staff were childish and rude.
The issue was resolved after I posted this review, after your support team tried to add an additional charge of $20 just to piss me off.
This was unnecessary and was only reversed after I threatened legal action.

Hi Bradley,
Thank you for sharing your feedback — though we want to add some important context.
We did resolve this matter directly with you, including issuing a full refund, which isn't mentioned in your review.
To clarify for others reading: our 14-day trial is completely free. No charge is made until the trial ends, and cancellation is available anytime in account settings. We also have records of our support interactions and were glad we could help.
We're always working to improve the experience, and we're sorry it felt frustrating. If there's anything else we can assist with, feel free to reach out.
Best,
The SpaceLoud Team

Communicating with this company id…
Communicating with this company is extremely poor. You might as well go to a seance.
It is opaque, how it works. I tried out the free trial, accepted a tiktok offer. Girl did a decent job, thought its effectiveness seemed limited and couldn't really see a link to my music just the name and people want links and aren't going to type it up.
I canceled it after a day so it wouldn't charge me.
It's a good idea poorly implemented. I tried to contact them as I had no confirmation that the girl was paid the small testing fee I opted for to try it out.
As it is really not impressed.
Response from SpaceloudOct 25, 2025
Hey Dean — thanks for giving SpaceLoud a shot and for the honest feedback. Sorry your first run felt confusing; we should’ve done a better job explaining how things work.
Quick clarifications:
• Creators do get paid. Every campaign gets funded upfront and creators get paid through the platform once they deliver. Nobody works for free. If you want proof, just send us your campaign ID and we’ll show you the payment receipt for your creator.
• The link situation on TikTok. TikTok doesn’t let you click links in captions, so we put a tracking link in the creator’s bio and add a clear call-to-action in the caption. If you want something different (like a Linktree or custom link), just put that in your brief and we’ll make sure creators follow it.
• The trial thing. If you canceled during your free trial, you won’t get charged. If you’re not sure, give us your account email or order number and we’ll check right away.
We’d really like to make this right — shoot us your campaign ID through the app chat or email support and we’ll: (1) show you the creator payment, (2) look at your brief to make sure link stuff gets enforced properly, and (3) refund the test fee if we dropped the ball.
Sounds like you see the potential but we didn’t execute well for you. Thanks for calling us out on it.

This is a scam
This is a scam. I got the trial out of curiosity. Then I cancelled the trial and I still got charge. All the accounts I go offers from to promote my content was fake. Support doesn't reply even when I emailed them and try to chat with them several times. I couldn't find a way to cancel my account which I tried to do it anyway from the start

Scammers !!!
I registered on this site just out of curiosity. I created my profile and added the links from Souncloud, Spotify and Apple, that's all.
After 10 days I received an email with this text: 'Your payment failed on SpaceLoud. This means you'll lose access to the
platform. And no longer be able to create campaigns, promote yours
music, and grow your career'.
My payment???
After I received this email, they took €113 from my card. I don't know how they did that because I didn't enter my card details.
Before I sign up to any other website, from now on I will check the website first here on TrustPilot
Response from SpaceloudFeb 23, 2023
Jimmy, we're sorry that you had a poor experience on SpaceLoud. However, this is not an accurate depiction of the situation. You signed up for an annual membership under the $120 tier. You were given a 14-day free trial and when the trial was up you were charged. You never canceled. We responded to your email inquiry and offered a full refund. We always want artists to get value from the platform. Please don't hesistate to reach out to us directly if there's anything else we can do to help.
