One of the pet carriers that we reach for the most. Sturdy yet still chio. Super comfy in both aircon and non aircon environments as the cushion is really cooling and comfortable. Perfect for cafe dates and outings, car rides etc. Worth the price over the long run.

I have a very active dog, which never likes to sit still in the car. Since I purchased this last year, he never crawled out from the bag. He will sit quietly and even fell asleep in it. I cannot go anywhere without this bag. The cushion was so soft. He would also sit in it when I put him during our outdoor dinning. My friend bought an extra cushion for him. He used it as his pillow in his small little hut. Recommended to my other friends but sad that it was out of stock for the size M/L

We have been using Soycraft pet carrier for the past one year. It is still sturdy and look as new after frequent usage! Love the part where it comes with many compartments so we can keep the water bottle, pet wipes, poop bags, wallet, hp and treat box in the bag itself! It saves the hassle of bringing different bags out! The cushion is changeable to achieve different looks too! Overall, it is a value for money pet carrier!

Soycraft carrier: Before getting soycraft carrier, my pup actually hated to stay in carrier that we got him. He would rather stay on our lap in the car than inside his carrier even if we placed his toys and pillow in. He couldn't rest well in the car. After we got him his soycraft carrier, everything has changed. He will let us know he wants to rest in the soycraft carrier himself, and sleep peacefully inside. As for the Yume bed, I would say it is the most comfortable bed for my pup. Prior getting him Yume bed, he would always sleep on the floor, rejecting all the beds we got him. Then I tried to let him sleep on the cushion of soycraft carrier that we got him, he started to rest/sleep on it every time when he was tired. So, I decided to get him Yume bed. Surprisingly, on the first day he got his Yume bed, he walked onto the bed himself and rest on it! Now, whenever he is tired, he will rest on it himself, and sleep peacefully all the night, even play his toys on the bed!

The material of the pet carrier was so good. Easy to wash too. Charcoal also won himself a leash, harness and the soycraft sling bag. The bag was really put in good use when I walking my fur kids;)

Like: Bag is really nice and comfy which my dog really like alot. Unlike: the safety clip abit short. 4month later, the stud under the bag drop out. Bag is lightly used. But sadly it cannot be repair and have to use with a stud missing which the bag is abit unstable when place on the floor.

(1) The safety clip has been tested at different length by our bag specialists before we decide on that length. When your pet is clipped-on with this current safety hook length, your pet’s body will not be able to move out of carrier. This prevent active pet from dropping/ jumping out from the carrier when you are on the move. It may restrict pet slightly, but with safety as our top consideration, this length has been adopted. (2) We are very sorry to hear that one of your feet stud fell out. All our carriers are handmade and the feet studs were installed onto the base fabric at the first stage of carrier crafting, before seamstress starts sewing the rest of the carrier. We would have to dismantle the whole carrier to install the stud. We received your feet stud feedback via Instagram previously. We have considered your feedback and removed the feet studs from our upcoming M and L carrier design. We thank you for taking time to share these with us. I am so happy that my fur kid loves the bag and the pillow, Each time when I bring out, she will jumps into the bag, she likes the pillow will sleep with it.
