You've closed your website your emails bounce. Order says here 4-7 working days! Where's my order? How do I contact you? Am I going to get my money back! Believe me you will get a 1 star review every day until you respond!

Ordered glasses as
Susan S.
It took weeks to arrive, with no explanation from the company, and I had to pay the extra fee on my credit card for a foreign transaction. None of this is made clear on the website.

I originally ordered a blue pair and a black pair of sunglasses. When my order arrived I had two pairs of blue sunglasses, I called the company and talked with somebody in the office and I was told that it would take a long time for the process Of me returning the sunglasses to get a pair that I originally ordered. However I did get a discount on the third pair of sunglasses and I asked if they would make sure I got the pair that I originally ordered

Very bad; never got the product ordered; will never buy from Soxick again and make sure people know about my experience including poor costumer service.

They sent me the wrong size shoes and will not correct the issue or give me a refund. Also these are cheap knock-offs. NOT real Vionic shoes. Add said shipping from UK which was a lie. This is a scam. Do not buy anything from them!

Ordered on April 22. Got this request for a review on May 5. Today is June 16 and all I have is a tracking number which hasn't updated since May 7. I've sent 2 emails and no response. Maybe they just sent me a tracking number, how do I know since I get no response.

Hi Bro We feel so sorry for this. But as you know that it is a virus epidemic all over the world. There are thousands of parcels in warehouse USA that are waiting to be sent to all customers. At the same time, we send a logistics number, so that you can view the status of the package at any time. Can we ask you to send us an email again, thank you very much.
