Customer service was great
Customer service was great. Called on Saturday with a question, no service techs working. Individual got back with me first thing Monday with answers, got the unit ordered and expedited the shipping. Very happy.

Honestly it was the price that caught my eye, almost half of what other companies were charging. Wasn't sure what to expect but was pleased at the quality and appearance of your product. It's everything I was hoping for to cover my mini split lines.

Purchased a heating element that will not work in the unit intended for and I have competed the online return form twice, sent two emails regarding this and still no response. Which means that my return window has closed and I have no idea how to return this and get my money back.
