The complete delivery was two days later than promised.

This is order# 7781. I ordered 3 Armbridge 6 ft PVC Decorative Black Line Set Covers. I also ordered 3 Armbridge 13 ft. PVC Decorative Line Set Cover Kits. On September 4th I received the 3 - 13 ft. PVC Decorative Line Set Cover Kits, but not the 3 - 6 ft PVC Decorative Black Line Set Covers. I have called South Lines about this but have not heard back. I need those 6 ft covers immediately please. Please respond. Thank You

The directions with the unit were poor at best! I have called twice to get specific install instructions but was given vague answers! I need to know exactly where the unit is to be placed relative to the finished ceiling- but this seems to be a mystery.

Hey friends, We experienced delays in the order fulfillment process. Completely understandable that these things happen sometimes, but when it came to getting the order back on track, I had to call several times after the team didn’t call back. Eventually I was sent to the supplier to sort it myself, and I’m not sure your team member felt empowered to own and drive the resolution. These things happen and I’m sure the next experience will be better. Thanks!

The shipment did not arrive on time. 3 days later than told. Sat around waiting for delivery only to find just the condensers were sent with no indoor units. Set job back 1 week and now consumed 2 days waiting around for delivery. Now customer has to wait and reschedule after already rescheduling once already because package wasn't delivered on original deluxe date

It supposed to be delivered on Nov. 1, 2024, rescheudled to be delivered on Nov. 4th, on Nov. 5th, and today. I am still waiting for its delivery.
