Rebuttal to refund explanation
Wanted to have a rebuttal to your explanation of your company’s return policy. I challenge you to know the fine print in any transaction. You read the fine print on a vehicle purchase? Or how about the title work on your home purchase or flood insurance… give me a break. Your policy was not explained in full to me. Your employee told me that he could not tell me what the cost would be until he received the return. He said that he was “ making notes in the computer “ to explain why the return and my purchase of another system. I requested a waiver of fees prior to the return. What happened is you took advantage of me and did not disclose all costs prior to the return. I am requesting 400.00 out of the 860.00 be returned to my credit card. I feel that is more than fair.

Great service! Fast shipment and excellent delivery
The shipment was fast and the pallet was assembled well to protect the cartons. The shipper used was equally amazed, sometimes you wonder when it free shipping but they were great. Communications from South Mini Splits and the carrier was excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great product
This is a great mini spilt AC unit and is well priced. The install wasn’t too difficult. I definitely recommend it for someone looking for quality that far exceeds the price.
